Richard LaChance was the field supervisor at Ernest G. Crews Construction for over 20 years with over 35 years of experience managing all phases of residential construction. He continues to build custom homes, additions, and remodels through his own Company, LaChance Construction.

Cathy was the liaison between homeowners, vendors and subs during construction with Ernest G. Crews Construction for over 20 years. She continues to help homeowners design and finish their dream home as the Project Manager with Braddock Built Custom Homes.

Ken French handled the “punch list” items at the end of construction and could be found on job sites doing whatever it takes to make our clients happy homeowners.
